チームホサカは笑顔第一で伸び伸びと業務に励んでおります。
少しずつ日がのびて、枯草の間から新緑が見られるようになりました。
「人はみな草のごとし。」
私たちの成長は草の生長と同じだと思います。
草を何時間かけて観察しても、伸びているようには思えません。
しかし確実に生長があります。
一か月経ってみると、新芽だったものが膝丈にまで伸びています。
成長は日々の努力の表れです。

 

チームホサカは誠実に働くことを大切にしています。
仕事は結果だけではなく、過程も大切。
掃除一つにしても、「笑顔第一」で掃除するのか。
日々の実践がホサカの土台であり、成長の秘訣だと信じます。
