This milestone is entirely thanks to the warm support and encouragement we have received from all of you.
⚙️ ギアボックス交換（的山大島）、風車建設（福井） 🚧
今月は長崎県・的山大島にて、風車のギアボックス交換を実施しました。
起重機船の手配からクレーン車の搬入、ギアボックスの交換まで、ホサカがワンストップで計画・実行しました。
離島ならではの制約を乗り越えたプロジェクトではありましたが、無事に完遂いたしました。
また、福井県では700tおよび250tクレーンを用いての風力発電設備の建設に取り組みました。
This month, we successfully carried out a wind turbine gearbox replacement project on Azuchi-Oshima Island in Nagasaki Prefecture.
From arranging the floating crane vessel to bringing in the crane truck and completing the gearbox replacement,
the entire operation was planned and executed by Hosaka as a one-stop solution.
Despite the logistical challenges unique to a remote island, the project was completed without issue.
Additionally, in Fukui Prefecture, we contributed to the construction of a wind power facility using our 700t and 250t cranes.

作業現場においては、近年ますます深刻化する猛暑を受け、熱中症対策の徹底にも取り組んでおります。
水分・塩分補給の強化や休憩時間の見直し、空調服の導入など
現場で働くスタッフの安全と健康を最優先に考えた環境づくりを推進しております。
Amid the intensifying summer heat in recent years, we have strengthened our countermeasures against heatstroke at our worksites.
This includes enhanced hydration and salt intake protocols, revised break schedules, and the use of air-conditioned workwear.
We remain committed to creating a work environment that prioritizes the safety and health of every member of our team.
🏮 秋田竿燈まつりへの参加と地域貢献 👘
また今年から、地域貢献の一環として、秋田の伝統行事「秋田竿燈まつり」に参加することになりました。
その活動の一つとして、8月5日（火）11時頃より本社前にて
向馬口労町竿燈会の皆様による竿燈演技が披露される予定です。
どなたでも自由にご見学いただけますので、どうぞお越しください。

さらに、8月3日（日）に開催される市内竿燈まつりでは、保坂省吾社長が演技に参加予定となっております。
竿燈大通りにてその様子をご覧いただけます。

地域の皆様とともに祭りの灯を掲げられることを、心より楽しみにしております。
Starting this year, as part of our regional contribution efforts, we are participating in the local traditional festival called the “Akita Kanto Festival.”
As part of this initiative, a performance by the Mukai-baku Romachi Kanto Association will take place in front of our headquarters on Tuesday, August 5th, from 11:00 a.m.
We warmly welcome anyone to stop by and enjoy the event.
Furthermore, on Sunday, August 3rd, our company president, Shogo Hosaka, is scheduled to participate in the main event held on Kanto Odori Street in downtown Akita.
We look forward to proudly raising the festival lanterns alongside the local community.
