🌍💨 新エネルギーカレッジに参加しました。⚡🔋

秋田市では、洋上風力発電をはじめとする再生可能エネルギーの導入が期待されています。
これらは今後、地域産業の重要な柱となることから、地元大学生が関連産業に関心を持ち、就職へとつながるよう
市主催の「あきた新エネルギーカレッジ」が三日間にわたり開催されました。
学生たちは洋上風力発電所の見学や訓練体験、企業担当者による講演などを通じ
再エネ産業の将来性を直接体感する機会となりました。

今回のプログラムにおいて、株式会社ホサカは「地元企業による風力メンテナンス」をテーマに
現場に即した取り組みを学生の皆さんにご紹介しました。
大型クレーンを駆使した重機施工、ギアボックス交換などの具体的なプロジェクト事例を紹介することで
当社が培ってきた技術力や安全管理のノウハウを、学生の皆さんに身近に感じていただけるよう工夫しました。

実際の施工プロセスや現場での工夫をお伝えする中で、学生からは
「風車の保守は想像以上にスケールが大きい」
「地域の企業がこうした最前線で活躍しているのは誇らしい」
といった声が聞かれました。

ホサカとしても、若い世代が風力事業を自分たちの将来像に重ねて考えるきっかけになったことを、大変うれしく思っております。

In Akita City, the introduction of renewable energy, including offshore wind power generation, is expected to expand, taking advantage of favorable wind conditions. As these industries are anticipated to become an important pillar of the local economy, the city hosted the “Akita New Energy College,” a three-day program designed to encourage local university students to take an interest in related industries and consider future employment opportunities.

During the program, students were able to directly experience the potential of the renewable energy industry through visits to offshore wind power plants, hands-on training, and lectures given by company representatives.

As part of this initiative, Hosaka introduced students to the theme of “Wind Power Maintenance by a Local Company.” We showcased real-world efforts such as heavy machinery operations utilizing large cranes and gearbox replacement projects. By presenting these concrete examples, we aimed to make our technical expertise and safety management know-how more tangible and relatable to the students.

When sharing details about our construction processes and on-site practices, students remarked:

• “The scale of wind turbine maintenance is far larger than I had imagined.”

• “It is inspiring to see local companies playing such an active role at the forefront of this field.”

We at Hosaka are truly delighted that this program provided younger generations with an opportunity to see wind power projects as part of their own future vision.

Looking ahead, Hosaka will continue to take on challenges in the renewable energy sector, particularly in wind power, while also valuing the development of local talent and collaboration with the community.
