🚨 安全管理体制の取り組みについて 🚑

当社では、すべての社員が安心して働ける環境づくりを大切にし、安全管理を事業活動の基本と考えています。

その取り組みの一つとして、社員全員を対象に、心肺蘇生法（CPR）およびAEDの使用方法を学ぶ機会を設けています。
万が一の事態は、いつ誰の身に起こるかわかりません。だからこそ、特定の人だけでなく、全社員が正しい知識と行動を身につけることが重要だと考えています。

この研修は、救命技術を学ぶこと自体が目的ではなく、日頃から安全に目を向け、互いに声を掛け合える職場づくりにつなげていくための取り組みでもあります。

今後は、
・定期的な訓練の実施
・社内救命チーム（ERT：Emergency Response Team）の体制検討
・職場環境を想定したシミュレーション型訓練の導入
・CPR／AEDに加え、熱中症や出血対応、災害時対応などを含めた安全教育の充実
を進めていく予定です。

当社では、社員一人ひとりの命と健康を守ることを、会社の未来を支える大切な基盤と考えています。
これからも、安全文化の醸成と、継続的な安全管理体制の構築に取り組んでまいります。

At our company, we place great importance on creating a work environment where all employees can work with peace of mind, and we regard safety management as a fundamental pillar of our business operations.

As part of this commitment, we provide all employees with opportunities to learn cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the proper use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs). Emergencies can happen to anyone, at any time. That is why we believe it is essential not only for a select few, but for all employees to acquire the correct knowledge and the ability to act appropriately.

This training is not intended solely to teach lifesaving techniques. It is also an initiative aimed at fostering a workplace culture in which safety awareness is part of everyday life and employees look out for one another and speak up when needed.

Going forward, we plan to further strengthen our efforts through:

• Regularly scheduled training sessions

• Consideration of establishing an in-house Emergency Response Team (ERT)

• Introduction of simulation-based training tailored to actual workplace environments

• Expansion of safety education to include not only CPR and AED use, but also heat illness prevention, bleeding control, and emergency response during disasters

We believe that protecting the life and health of each and every employee is a vital foundation that supports the future of our company. We will continue to promote a strong safety culture and build a sustainable, ongoing safety management system.
