【お知らせ】安全集会を開催しました！
このたび、協力会社の皆様とともに、安全集会を開催いたしました。
当日は、株式会社日立パワーソリューションズ様より安全講話をいただき、
安全管理の重要性や事故・災害を未然に防ぐための心構えについて学びました。
また、風車据付に関する周知会を実施し、作業内容や安全上の留意事項について
理解を深めるとともに、関係者間で情報を共有しました。
日々の作業に慣れることで、基本的な確認や安全に対する意識が疎かになってしまうこともあります。
今回の安全集会は、工事の基本に立ち返り、一つひとつの作業手順や安全確認の重要性を改めて見直す貴重な機会となりました。
安全な工事を実現するためには、現場に携わる一人ひとりが安全意識を持つとともに、
関係者全員が共通の認識を持ち、連携して作業に取り組むことが重要です。今回の集会で得た学びを
今後の現場活動に生かし、日々の声かけや情報共有を徹底することで、安全意識のさらなる向上を図ってまいります。

We recently held a safety meeting together with our partner companies.
During the meeting, representatives from Hitachi Power Solutions Co., Ltd. delivered a safety presentation, providing valuable insights into the importance of safety management and the mindset necessary to prevent accidents and workplace incidents.
We also held an information-sharing session on wind turbine installation, during which participants deepened their understanding of work procedures and important safety precautions while sharing relevant information among all parties involved.
As we become accustomed to our daily tasks, it can be easy to overlook basic safety checks or become less attentive to potential hazards. This safety meeting provided a valuable opportunity to return to the fundamentals of construction work and reaffirm the importance of following proper work procedures and conducting thorough safety checks at every stage.
Ensuring safe construction operations requires not only that every individual on-site maintains a strong awareness of safety, but also that everyone involved shares a common understanding and works together effectively. We will apply the lessons learned from this meeting to our future operations, further strengthening our safety culture through consistent communication, daily safety reminders, and thorough information sharing.
